We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to drive technical decisions and lead a cross-functional Engineering Team building enterprise-scale workflow and data processing solutions. This role combines hands-on architecture ownership with engineering leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities: * Define and maintain solution architecture * Lead architectural design workshops and technical reviews * Establish engineering standards and development best practices * Drive microservices architecture and integration strategy * Oversee system performance, scalability, and security * Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements * Mentor Software Engineers and provide technical leadership * Participate in estimation, roadmap planning, and risk management * Support release planning and technical delivery governance * Ensure architectural alignment across multiple product components
Requirements: * 8+ years of software development experience * 3+ years of experience in Software Architect or Technical Leadership roles * Strong expertise in Java and Spring ecosystem * Experience in designing distributed Microservices architectures * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven systems, and Kafka * Experience with cloud-native platforms and Kubernetes * Knowledge of database design and integration patterns * Experience leading Development teams in outsourcing environments * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills * English level — Advanced or higher
