We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating financial and commercial data, preparing reports and calculations, and ensuring the accuracy of partner settlements.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, investigating discrepancies, and improving reporting accuracy. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Managers and partners, helping ensure that commercial terms, revenue calculations, and financial reports are correct and transparent.
Responsibilities * Read and understand commercial agreements, identify relevant clauses, and extract key financial terms, including license fees, applicable gaming taxes, promotional deductions, payment terms, and any other commercial conditions required for reporting and invoice preparation. * Calculate license fees, applicable gaming taxes, promotional deductions, and other commercial adjustments in accordance with contractual terms. * Verify the accuracy and completeness of all financial data before it is submitted for invoice preparation. * Prepare monthly financial reports. * Investigate and resolve discrepancies in reports by communicating directly with clients and coordinating with the Account Management and Finance team when necessary. * Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments, maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure timely resolution. * Work extensively with Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools to organize, analyze, and reconcile large volumes of data. * Identify reporting inconsistencies, suggest process improvements, and help automate repetitive reporting tasks. * Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and analytical reports for internal stakeholders. * Maintain accurate records of financial reports, calculations, and supporting documentation. * Collaborate closely with the Finance, Account Management and Legal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with internal procedures
Requirements * Upper-Intermediate English level (B2) or higher. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience working with international partners. * Familiarity with regulated markets and compliance requirements (not mandatory, but a strong plus). * Excellent skills in Excel. * Proactive, analytical and data-driven mindset. * Experience with data analysis and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
