The Enterprise program is a significant transformation initiative for the customer. It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) across company sites worldwide. This large-scale, global program is implementing in over 60 countries and 70 plants.
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually engaging experiences for our digital products.
You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into user-friendly designs.
Key responsibilities: * Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products. * Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. * Create and maintain design systems and style guides. * Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights..
Requirements * 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design. * Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD). * Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work. * Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have * Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS). * Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. * Basic knowledge of user research methodologies.
