Role Mission
As an IAM Specialist, you will own and continuously improve Identity & Access Management processes across the company. Your mission is to ensure that every employee has the right level of access at the right time while maintaining security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with IT, Security, HR, and Compliance teams to build scalable access management processes that support our rapidly growing international business.
Key Responsibilities * Manage the full user access lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes). * Provision, modify, and revoke user access across internal systems and cloud platforms. * Maintain and improve Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models. * Participate in Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes. * Perform regular access reviews and certification campaigns to ensure compliance. * Support implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles across business systems. * Administer and optimize Identity platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, or similar solutions. * Collaborate with HR to automate onboarding and offboarding processes through HRIS integrations. * Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation. * Support internal and external security audits related to identity and access management.
What We’re Looking For * 2–4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or System Administration. * Hands-on experience managing Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes. Strong understanding of: — Role-Based Access Control (RBAC); — Privileged Access Management (PAM); — Segregation of Duties (SoD). * Experience conducting periodic access reviews. * Experience working with identity platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, or similar. * Understanding of authentication and identity protocols including SSO, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM. * Experience integrating IAM solutions with HR systems is a plus. * Strong documentation and process management skills. * Relevant IAM certifications (e.g. CAMS, CIMP, or similar) are considered an advantage.
