Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist (iGaming / Sweepstakes, US Market)
We’re looking for a Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist to help grow our presence in the US iGaming/Sweepstakes market. You’ll be responsible for running Reddit Ads, managing branded subreddits, building trust within communities, and strengthening our online reputation.
Responsibilities
• Launch and optimize Reddit Ads campaigns.
• Create, set up, and manage two official branded subreddits (r/Brand1 & r/Brand2), including FAQs, community rules, and legal disclaimers (18+/21+).
• Create engaging native content, reviews, Code Drops, community updates, and AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions.
• Handle community support by responding to player feedback, reviews, and public inquiries.
• Monitor brand mentions across Reddit and build relationships with moderators of relevant communities.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of hands-on Reddit experience (Community Management, Reddit Ads, Moderation, Media Buying, or Affiliate Marketing).
• Experience launching and managing Reddit Ads campaigns.
• Previous experience in the Sweepstakes / iGaming industry (or with related advertising on Meta, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Strong written English (B2—C1 or higher).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage community discussions professionally.
• Solid understanding of Reddit’s rules, moderation practices, spam filters, and experience with proxies/anti-detect tools when required.

• Salary: $1,500/month.
• Location: Prague office or fully remote.
