We are looking for Middle Full-Stack Developer (Node.js+Python+React) to join our team.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable applications, encompassing both frontend and backend technologies.
Backend: * API & Integration Skills: Strong knowledge of RESTful API development, third-party integrations, and various communication protocols; * Node.js (5+ years of commercial experience); * NestJS, TypeScript (production experience); * Solid understanding of the event loop, streams, and async patterns in Node; * ORM / query builders: TypeORM, MicroORM, or Knex * BullMQ or similar task queue: background task design, retries, idempotency; * Python (3+ years of commercial experience) * Django / Django REST Framework: REST API design, ORM, migrations, serializers, permissions; * FastAPI or another async framework (production experience); * asyncio: async/await, concurrent task orchestration, mixing sync and async code; * Celery or similar task queue: background task design, retries, idempotency; * MySQL/PostgreSQL (database design, query optimization, migrations); * Message queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar; * Caching: Redis or similar; * WebSockets, real-time event delivery; * Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
Frontend: * React.js (1.5+ years of commercial experience); * TypeScript (production experience); * State Management: Redux/RTK/MobX; * Data Fetching: Redux-Toolkit/RTK-Query; * React Hooks (custom hooks experience); * Styling: SASS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar; * Understanding of component composition and reusability.
General: * Version Control: Proficient with Git (branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, code reviews); * Testing: Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, Supertest, React Testing Library); * API Documentation: Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI or similar; * Problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack; * Intermediate+ English level (B2), with the capability to discuss and collaborate effectively with global teams.
Nice to Have: * CI/CD: Extensive experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and management (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins); * Elasticsearch / OpenSearch (search, aggregations); * Vector databases (Qdrant, pgvector) and embedding/RAG pipelines; * Docker & containerization experience; * Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
