About the Project The project is a cloud-based property operations platform designed for the housing sector. It connects housing providers, property managers, residents, contractors and service providers within a single ecosystem. The platform helps automate repairs, maintenance, compliance, contractor coordination and resident communication while providing real-time reporting and analytics. It also integrates with existing property management systems to improve service delivery, reduce operational costs and streamline day-to-day workflows.
Key Requirements * 5+ years of experience with PHP (Laravel) * 1+ year of commercial experience with Vue.js * Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English
Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain user-facing features for the platform using Vue.js and Laravel. * Enhance the administration panel used to manage diagnostic questions, content, repair categories and problem types. * Investigate and resolve defects across frontend, backend and integration services. * Support the delivery of client-specific implementations when additional product expertise is required. * Contribute to technical decisions and share knowledge with other members of the Diagnostics and wider engineering teams.
