Requirements:
0,5+ year of experience in IT researching/sourcing; General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry; Knowledge of X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn search, GitHub, Stack Overflow; English level — Intermediate and higher; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to set and achieve recruitment targets and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Search for candidates via LinkedIn and other resources; Drawing up CVs of candidates in a corporate format; Process responses from the corporate website, DOU and other resources; Working with different recruitment tools; Work closely with the Recruitment team to determine hiring needs and priorities.
