We’re looking for a strong Middle-level Product Designer with solid UX foundations and a hands-on approach to AI.
You’ll work on complex digital and AI-powered products, using AI tools to explore ideas, move faster, and bring concepts to life — from user problem to working prototype.
You’re curious about how products work beyond the interface and excited to experiment with new tools and ways of working.
Note: This is not an urgent “ASAP” vacancy. We’re currently getting to know talented designers and exploring potential future collaboration at a comfortable pace.
The Context AI is changing how digital products are designed and built. Tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and v0 help designers move from ideas to functional prototypes faster.
We’re looking for a designer who is already experimenting with these tools- and excited to find new ways to use them in their work.
Who We’re Looking For: You’re a UX-focused Product Designer who: — Is a system thinker, problem solver and rarely happy with the status quo. — Has strong opinions on modern design sins and asks himself questions before delivering answers. — Has built UX foundation by reading many professional books and researches, can turn user problems into clear, intuitive experiences. — Uses AI tools in your workflow and understands their strengths and limitations. — Cares about how designs work in the real world- from interactions and responsiveness to edge cases. Knows that details make the product. — Enjoys experimenting, learning, and working with a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements: — 2-3 years of experience in UX Design. — Strong UX Foundations: User research, information architecture, wireframing, and usability logic. — Core Design Skills: Prototyping in any tools like Figma, Claude Code, Stitch. — Pet Projects: This is huge for us. We want to see your deployed side projects with real code. — Claude Code Mastery: Custom commands, agents, and workflow scripting. — English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher. You must be comfortable presenting your work and logic to clients in the US/Canada.
Strong Plus: — Technical Foundation: Understanding of React, Tailwind CSS, and Storybook. — API Logic: Experience with serverless backends (Convex, Firebase, or Supabase) and external APIs.
What You’ll Actually Do: — Identify Problem → build Working Prototypes → validate decision: Your delivery is a Vercel link, not just a deck. Prove that “interaction design” means how it works, not just how it looks. — Design/build AI-Native Products: Build agent orchestration platforms, agentic workflows, HITL and Gen UI interfaces.
Our Tech Stack: — Design: Claude Design, Figma (for strategy and assets, not as the “source of truth”). — Development: tools: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor. — Code: React, Convex, Clerk. — Infrastructure: Convex, Github, Vercel, PostHog, Sentry.
What We Offer: — Competitive rate. — High autonomy. — Paid AI tools. — Interesting problems — not another admin panel.
