We’re looking for a Senior Meta Performance Marketer to own large-scale Meta and Instagram acquisition campaigns across international markets. You’ll manage significant budgets, collaborate closely with creative teams, and use data to continuously improve performance. You’ll also collaborate on brainstorming sessions with the team to push campaign success to new heights. What are we looking for? * 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns with a focus on sales objective * Experience managing €200,000+ monthly advertising budgets. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions. * Understanding of creative testing methodologies and what makes high-performing ads * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. * Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to continuously improve
Responsibilities: * Plan, launch, and scale Meta acquisition campaigns with a focus on sales objectives * Work closely with the creative team to develop and iterate high-performing creative concepts. * Continuously generate new testing ideas and challenge existing assumptions * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities * Take full ownership of campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
