What You’ll Do: * Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and Node.js * Design and build scalable RESTful APIs * Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, Business Analysts, and fellow developers * Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code * Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability * Integrate AI-powered features into products where appropriate * Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle
Required Skills: * Good written and verbal English communication skills (English is a must) * 3+ years of commercial experience as a Full-stack or Backend Software Engineer * At least 2 years of commercial experience with React.js * Strong commercial experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred) * Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript * Experience building RESTful APIs * Experience with PostgreSQL * Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS * Experience working with Git * Strong command-line skills in Unix/Linux environments * Ability to estimate tasks, plan implementation, and take ownership of delivering results * Strong engineering mindset with a high level of responsibility for code quality and product outcomes * Desire to continuously learn and improve professional skills
Nice to Have: * Experience with Next.js * Experience with MongoDB * Experience writing unit tests * Experience with CI/CD and basic DevOps practices * Experience deploying applications (DNS, SSL, security, internal routing) * Experience integrating AI services or AI chatbots * Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code is preferred)
Soft Skills: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges * Excellent collaboration and communication skills * Ability to work effectively with developers, QA engineers, designers, and Business Analysts * Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities * Ownership mindset and proactive attitude
