Your project:
You’ll be joining a dynamic RnD team working on a modern, high-growth AI Utility product. We are an ambitious team where visual experimentation meets cutting-edge tech. Since our business is scaling rapidly, we’re looking for a proactive Junior Graphic Designer to join our lead designer and collaborate closely with creative marketers.
If you’re excited about AI tools, want your visual ideas to reach massive audiences, and are looking for a place to supercharge your career — this is your match!
You will:
* Create performance-driven ad visuals (static graphics and resized packages) based on creative briefs and references from marketing managers.
* Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Generative Fill, etc.) to streamline your daily workflow, conduct visual research, and automate repetitive tasks.
* Brainstorm and ideate together with the team, bringing your own visual ideas and hooks to the table.
* Explore trends & competitor visuals to constantly find new inspiring angles and elevate our visual standards.
We’ll have a match if you:
* Have up to 6 months of hands-on design experience OR have completed structured graphic design courses (with a portfolio/sample works to show).
* Have a strong grasp of design fundamentals: composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
* Are comfortable working in Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop / Illustrator).
* Are a confident AI enthusiast — you actively use or follow AI tools for daily creative tasks.
* Are proactive, energetic, and open-minded — you don’t just wait for task guidelines, you love bringing fresh ideas and visual solutions to the table!
Will be a plus:
* Previous experience or interest in RnD / Marketing Performance design.
* Basic understanding of how performance ad creatives work (hooks, call-to-actions, audience attention).
