About the Role: The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B partners and clients, ensuring a high level of service, supporting business growth, and driving long-term cooperation within the iGaming ecosystem.
What You Will Do: * Manage and maintain strong relationships with game providers and partners. * Handle daily partner communication and resolve operational requests. * Prepare and validate invoices, commercial settlements, and partner payments. * Monitor contractual obligations, payment terms, and key deadlines. * Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth processes. * Support onboarding of new partners and maintain accurate documentation. * Participate in industry events and support partner relationship development.
What We Are Looking For: * Previous experience in Account Management, Partner Management, or Operations roles within the iGaming industry. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and standard business tools. * Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. * Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English level, both written and spoken.
