Our client is a fast-growing US-based digital marketing agency that helps businesses — from local shops to SaaS and ecommerce giants — dominate search results with tailored strategies and a no-nonsense approach.
We’re hiring an AI video editor and ad creator to own the full creative execution behind our video ads. This isn’t a traditional editing job: you’ll be building AI-generated video content from scratch, and also taking real footage and layering it with realistic animations and motion graphics that bring the message to life on screen.
You should already have a portfolio of scroll-stopping, UGC-style video ads you’re proud of — both AI-generated and edited from real footage. Ideally, these cover service-based businesses like IT companies, marketing or recruiting agencies, or coaching/course creators, plus you bring the editing skill to make anything you touch look premium rather than templated.
You’ll also be posting the content you create to our social channels, so you’re comfortable being part of how it reaches an audience, not just how it gets made.

Key Responsibilities
* Build AI-generated video ads from scratch — including cloned AI avatars — when there’s no existing footage to work from
* Edit raw footage into finished, professional ads
* Build custom animations and motion graphics that support the ad’s story and message
* Add captions and get the pacing right for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Post finished videos to the company’s social accounts to support organic reach
* Conduct trend research to identify viral-worthy, SEO-related organic content topics — including problems and angles competitors aren’t covering
Required Qualifications:
* Experience making AI-generated video ads, including cloned AI avatars, and the ability to show real examples
* You can edit raw footage into a polished, professional UGC-style ad: captions, pacing, transitions, sound
* Experience creating video content for companies that sell a service (agencies, consultants, IT/ SaaS)
* Ability to build custom animations and motion graphics that support a video’s message
* You’re comfortable with AI video tools (Runway, HeyGen, Pika, Sora, etc.)
* Strong portfolio with real examples of scroll-stopping UGC-style ads, including AI avatar work
* Full-time commitment with hours overlapping 1:00 PM—9:00 PM CET
* Available and responsive throughout working hours; able to join ad-hoc calls at short notice
* Comfortable with daily short stand-ups (10-15 min) and daily/weekly Slack updates
* You’re comfortable posting the videos you create to a company’s social accounts
* Strong English
Preferred Backgrounds:
* Experience working on paid or organic social ads and understanding what makes people stop scrolling
* Basic digital marketing or SEO knowledge
* Comfortable in After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut
* You’ve helped grow a social account, not just posted to one
* Experience writing your own scripts/concepts for video ads, not just executing someone else’s brief
What We Offer:
* Remote, full-time job, that’s fairly compensated

* The employer uses a time tracker to log hours (no monitoring of screen behavior or activity)
Selection Process:
* Submit a Google Drive folder with 3–5 examples specifically of: real footage and AI-generated/cloned avatar UGC style ads
* 30-minute introductory interview
* Final interview with the CEO
