As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Emerge’s core platform. You will contribute to the design and implementation of automation frameworks, collaborate closely with developers and product teams, and drive best practices in quality engineering across Agile teams.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in QA Automation. * Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber. * Experience with Playwright (ideally Playwright for .NET/C#) is a plus. * Experience with API integration testing using frameworks such as GraphQL. * Experience writing and executing test cases and test plans. * Strong programming skills in .NET. * Experience using agentic AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in day-to-day development. * Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and disciplined. * Experience working in an Agile environment. * Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities: * Serve as the quality champion for an Agile team by promoting and coaching cross-functional best quality practices. * Design and develop automated end-to-end UI test scripts to validate the functionality of our web application. * Design and develop automated API integration tests. * Work closely with developers to identify and prioritize test cases for automation. * Maintain and update automated test scripts as needed. * Analyze test results and report on the status and progress of the automation effort. * Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
