About the Role:
As an ICT Specialist, you will be responsible for the infrastructure that powers a cloud-based SaaS platform serving multiple customers across Europe. The platform focuses on secure collaboration, contractor management, compliance, and payment workflows, requiring a reliable and scalable infrastructure.
In this role, you will own the day-to-day operations of the cloud environment, ensuring platform stability, security, and performance. Working closely with software engineers, you will improve infrastructure, automate deployments, strengthen security, and support the continuous growth of the platform. This is a hands-on infrastructure engineering role rather than an internal IT support position.
Requirements: * 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Experience supporting production SaaS environments * Strong knowledge of multi-tenant architecture and cloud infrastructure * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) * Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization technologies * Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and incident management * Solid knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and secrets management * Experience implementing GDPR or security best practices in cloud environments * Familiarity with vulnerability management, security audits, and disaster recovery planning * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English level
Responsibilities: * Design, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s cloud infrastructure * Ensure high platform availability, scalability, performance, and reliability * Manage development, staging, and production environments * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code * Monitor platform health and lead incident response activities * Implement and maintain cloud security controls and compliance measures * Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, and infrastructure security improvements * Support integrations with external services and ensure reliable platform operations * Collaborate closely with software engineers on deployments, releases, and infrastructure improvements * Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures * Participate in infrastructure planning as the platform continues to scale
