Our plans as a company:
We want to move from a regular outsourcing business to an ecosystem of outsourcing, education, and product development companies.
Over the years, we have arrived at a highly personalized working model with transparent workflows. This model allows us to create software products that meet our clients’ goals with precision.
We operate in an AI-assisted development environment, where engineering thinking, logical validation, and responsibility for business outcomes are more important than simply writing code.

Nice to Have: * Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or the broader Microsoft data stack (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI) * Familiarity with data management principles — data quality frameworks, data lineage tracking, and metadata management * Familiarity with real estate finance concepts — NOI, Cap Rate, IRR, fund structures * Experience with Yardi, MRI, or other property management / accounting systems * Exposure to Airflow or similar orchestration tools * Understanding of GAAP / accrual accounting basics * Working knowledge of Python for data pipelines — file I/O, scripting, automation and validation (not required, but a strong plus) * Experience reading or reconciling financial statements — P&L structure, GL account hierarchies, balance sheet vs income statement concepts
