What you will do
* Own the full A/B testing lifecycle — from hypothesis generation and experiment design to statistical analysis and actionable recommendations.
* Improve and evolve our LTV prediction model, increasing forecasting accuracy and enhancing pROMI measurement.
* Analyze user behavior across activation and retention funnels to identify Aha moments and key retention drivers.
* Perform payment and monetization analytics, including payment behavior analysis, LTV calculations, and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
* Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for monitoring key product and business metrics.
* Partner closely with different stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
* Continuously improve analytical processes through automation and AI-assisted workflows.
What we’re looking for
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst working with subscription-based B2C web or mobile products.
* Strong product analytics expertise, including retention and cohort analysis, identification of the product’s AHA moment, and understanding of key subscription business metrics.
* Proven experience owning the end-to-end A/B testing process: hypothesis generation, experiment design, statistical evaluation, interpretation of results, and preparation of actionable business recommendations.
* Advanced SQL skills, including working with large-scale datasets and optimizing complex queries.
* Strong practical experience with Python, particularly Pandas and NumPy, for data analysis, transformation, exploratory research, API integrations, and workflow automation.
* Understanding of standard LTV prediction approaches, including sBG, BDW, logarithmic, and similar models, with hands-on experience calculating pLTV for subscription-based B2C products.
* Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Python visualization libraries.
* Experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar.
* Practical experience using AI tools to automate analytical tasks and improve productivity.
* Strong ownership mindset, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
* English proficiency: B1 or higher.
Nice to have
* Experience in the Health & Fitness domain.
* Experience automating analytical workflows using Python and orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
