The founder, Uliana Matyashovska, is Ukrainian and is growing this community in Almere.
We are building a community, coworking, and collaboration space where professionals connect, learn, and grow through networking, educational events, and ecosystem initiatives.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Community Manager who enjoys building communities, organizing events, creating content, and taking ownership of marketing execution.
Your Responsibilities:
1.Community Growth & Engagement * Grow and engage the TechConnect community * Build relationships with members, partners, and speakers * Welcome and onboard new community members * Maintain active communication across all channels * Support community partnerships and collaborations
2. Marketing & Communications * Manage LinkedIn and other social media channels * Plan and publish content * Write event announcements and newsletters * Create presentations and marketing materials * Keep the TechConnect website up to date * Coordinate photography and video content
3.Event Management * Plan and coordinate monthly community events * Manage registrations and attendee communication * Coordinate speakers and event logistics * Collect feedback and improve future events
4. Website & Digital Presence * Update website content * Set up community application * Publish new events * Create landing pages * Maintain event registration forms * Ensure a consistent online presence
5. AI& Marketing Operations * Use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency * Create content with ChatGPT and other AI platforms * Support automation of marketing workflows * Continuously improve internal marketing processes
What We’re Looking For * 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Community Management, Event Management, or Communications * Excellent English communication skills * Experience managing LinkedIn and social media * Experience organizing professional events * Strong presentation and content creation skills * Experience with website management (WordPress or similar CMS) * Comfortable working independently and taking ownership * Highly organized with strong project management skills * Interest in startups, technology, AI, or innovation * Experience in the technology industry is a strong advantage * Dutch language is a plus
