As we continue expanding our slot games portfolio, we’re looking for a talented 2D Animator to create engaging animations and visual effects that bring our games to life. You’ll work closely with our Art, Product, and Development teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences enjoyed by players worldwide.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in 2D animation for slot games * Strong proficiency in Spine (2D skeletal animation, clean hierarchy, proper timing, and easing) * Solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, weight, and rhythm * Understanding of slot game mechanics and win-cycle animations * Ability to work within technical and mobile performance constraints * Strong attention to detail and ownership of the final quality * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team
Responsibilities: * Create high-quality 2D animations for slot games, including symbols, characters, backgrounds, UI elements, and visual effects * Build and implement animations in Spine, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance * Animate slot symbols (idle, win, landing, anticipation, bonus, etc.), win effects, and UI interactions * Create visual effects and additional animation polish using Adobe After Effects for in-game assets and promotional materials * Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and developers to ensure animations align with the game’s visual style and mechanics * Optimize animations for mobile devices while maintaining visual quality and performance * Deliver clean, well-structured Spine projects and JSON exports ready for integration * Maintain consistent animation quality and visual style across multiple slot themes and projects
Nice to have: * Understanding of VFX principles for slot games * Experience using AI tools to optimize animation workflows * Basic understanding of 3D animation pipelines
