We are looking for a Sales Operations & Customer Success Specialist who will become the CEO’s right hand in managing and improving the sales process at Ubertesters.
You will help ensure that every sales opportunity is properly managed, from the first customer inquiry through scheduling, follow-ups, proposals, CRM management, project handover, and ongoing engagement with existing and past clients. While the CEO focuses on sales conversations, negotiations, and closing deals, you will own the coordination, communication, and execution around the sales process.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with international clients, building relationships, improving processes, and growing into a more senior sales role over time.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development Support, or similar roles.
✔️ Experience working with international B2B clients.
✔️ Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher.
✔️ Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
✔️ Experience preparing commercial proposals.
✔️ Understanding of B2B sales processes.
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
✔️ Proactive mindset and ownership.

Career Growth
In this role, you will work side-by-side with the CEO, gain deep exposure to international sales processes, customer communication, and commercial operations.
Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow into a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager, taking ownership of client relationships, leading negotiations, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Support:
● Work directly with the CEO throughout almost all stages of the sales process.
● Prepare meeting summaries, action items, and next steps.
● Manage follow-up activities after sales calls and ensure consistent communication with prospects.
● Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
● Coordinate contracts, NDAs, and related documentation.
● Maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
⚙️ Sales Operations:
● Maintain CRM accuracy, clear next steps, and ensure all data is up to date.
● Own the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities keep moving forward.
● Maintain the history of client interactions.
● Keep all sales documentation accurate and organized.
● Prepare regular sales reports.
● Coordinate the handover of new projects from Sales to Project Management, ensuring complete information, effective communication, and a successful project launch.
Customer Success:
● Maintain relationships with existing customers.
● Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional testing needs.
● Monitor customer satisfaction.
● Contact inactive customers and help re-engage them.
● Help create the best possible customer experience.
