What you’ll be working on
* Conduct independent and team-based project testing.
* Create detailed and actionable bug reports for swift resolution.
* Perform regression testing, estimate task durations, and maintain thorough documentation.
* Lead and improve QA processes, tools, and tests to make releases faster and more reliable.
* Mentor QA team members, fostering skill development and best practices.
* Assess tasks for testing, analyze requirements, estimate tickets, and prioritize testing efforts.
* Stay informed about industry trends to maintain product innovation and competitiveness.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Art, Tech, and Customer Support teams to continuously improve product quality and user experience.
About you
* 5+ years of experience in Mobile QA Testing
* 2+ years of experience in Leading Role
* Proven experience in leading QA processes and mentoring team members to foster skill development and best practices.
* Proficiency with QA documentation (test cases, bug reports, etc.)
* Proficiency with Jira and experience in black box testing.
* Mobile automation QA experience
* Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
* Leadership and ownership mindset.
* Proactive, reliable, and dedicated to self-improvement and ethical standards.
* Proficient in English (B1 level or higher).

* Screening call (up to 1 hour): Position discussion, check basic competencies, and culture fit.
