REQUIREMENTS We’re looking for an Engagement Manager who has: * 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within the IT domain; * Strong understanding of sales and business development processes, from lead generation to deal closure; * Experience preparing and managing proposals (RFPs, estimates, presentations); * Organizational and managerial skills to coordinate and drive the proposal development process across teams; * Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot); * Strong analytical and presentation skills; * Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (excellent verbal and written communication); * Proactive, self-driven attitude with a focus on results and continuous improvement; * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners; * Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Will be a plus: * Experience working in the fintech domain; * Experience with AI tools and process automation (e.g., integrating AI into sales workflows).
RESPONSIBILITIES As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for: * Handling the proposal process — from initial discovery calls to preparing and presenting proposals to prospects; * Nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities; * Maintaining accurate records and sales pipeline management within the CRM system (preferably HubSpot); * Tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to improve conversion rates and engagement strategies; * Collaborating with the marketing and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
