We’re looking for an Event Project Manager who enjoys taking on big ideas and bringing them to life with structure and care. Someone who pays attention to details, takes ownership, and knows how to create experiences that connect people and strengthen our partnerships. Your role will be key to keeping our events exceptional and taking them to the next level, creating moments that reflect who we are and how we #GenerateTheReal.
Requirements
* Event planning: A solid background in business events is vital, as this role requires bringing together multiple moving parts with great attention to detail to create meaningful and well-crafted experiences that truly engage people.
* Project management: Strong project management skills are key in this role to keep every element organized, teams aligned, and timelines realistic. You know how to plan ahead, prioritize, and adapt when things change, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to completion.
* Partner relationship management: You’ll work closely with strategic partners and clients, so strong relationship-building and negotiation skills are essential. You know how to build trust, communicate clearly, and keep everyone moving toward a shared goal.
* Budget management: Attention to finances is crucial. You balance creativity with responsibility, managing budgets thoughtfully to deliver high-impact results within scope.
* Logistics skills: Great events depend on great logistics. From timing and setup to guest flow and follow-up, you anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and make complex coordination look effortless.
* Communication skills: Clear and empathetic communication is at the heart of this role. You collaborate confidently with internal teams, clients, and strategic partners, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
* Aesthetic sense and curiosity: Your curated eye, broad visual culture, and refined taste help you see beyond checklists. You notice details, value harmony, and care about the emotions and atmosphere that turn an event into an experience.
* Flexibility and ownership: No task is too small or too big for you. Whether it’s finalizing contracts, or fixing something on-site you handle it with calm and care. You stay adaptable and take full ownership to make sure everything runs smoothly — because you know it’s all part of creating something exceptional.
Responsibilities
* Organize offline events: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from finding venues and arranging catering to producing swag and coordinating with agencies, partners, clients, and internal teams. Manage event budgets responsibly, making sure every expense supports the overall goal. Ensure every detail is handled carefully and the event runs smoothly from start to finish.
* Organize third-party events: Plan and coordinate Cloudfresh participation in conferences, summits, and partner events. Manage budgets and collaborate closely with partners, clients, teams, and organizers to ensure Cloudfresh is represented effectively and event goals are met.
* Provide event logistics support: Coordinate all logistics connected to events — including group travel, accommodation, swag management, on-site installations, equipment, and supplier coordination. Work closely with the agency and internal teams to ensure everything is well-organized, cost-efficient, and runs smoothly from preparation to completion.
* Manage special projects: Lead unique initiatives related to events and strategic partnerships, from co-branded swag to partner videos and other creative projects that help promote the brand, strengthen relationships, and stay within approved budgets.
