We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior Finance Manager to help us scale smarter.
You’ll work side by side with the founders, drive key financial initiatives, bring clarity to business decisions, and help build the processes and tools that support sustainable growth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is ready to take on broader responsibilities as the company grows.

What you’ll do
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the company;
* Own cash flow planning and provide visibility into the company’s financial position;
* Build and maintain financial models, scenario planning, and business forecasts;
* Analyze unit economics, key business metrics, and growth opportunities;
* Partner with founders and department leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making;
* Develop and improve financial reporting, controls, and performance management processes;
* Support investor reporting, and strategic finance projects;
* Work closely with accounting, tax, legal, and external finance partners;
* Drive automation and implementation of modern finance tools and reporting systems;
* Contribute to building and scaling the future finance team and function.
About you
* 4+ years of experience in Finance, including experience in a high-growth startup, product, or digital business;
* Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis;
* Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback period, contribution margin);
* Experience building financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks;
* Experience working with international entities, tax structures, and compliance requirements;
* Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations;
* Experience supporting investor relations, or strategic finance initiatives;
* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems;
* Leadership potential and willingness to take increasing ownership as the company grows
* Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills;
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment;
* English level B2+.
Nice to have
* ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA (completed or in progress);
* Previous experience managing or mentoring finance team members.
