Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a tech-savvy, calm, and analytical DevOps Engineer who is genuinely interested in building solid, sustainable processes rather than just “putting out fires.”

Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to optimize development, staging, and testing environments. * Manage, scale, and enhance our AWS cloud infrastructure and ecosystem components. * Design, implement, and maintain robust build, deployment, and configuration management processes. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues, performing root-cause analysis. * Build and maintain reliable automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and continuous integration. * Ensure the high availability, scalability, and ultimate stability of all system environments. * Monitor system metrics, predict capacity issues, and proactively identify areas for architectural improvement. * Establish, maintain, and monitor configuration and security standards across the ecosystem. * Maintain comprehensive, clear, and up-to-date project and infrastructure documentation.
Nice to Have: * Prior experience in the FinTech domain (understanding financial security compliance is a plus). * Experience with on-premises-like infrastructures and virtualized environments. * Hands-on experience with alternative cloud/VPS providers (e.g., BitLaunch). * Relevant DevOps certifications (AWS, CKA/CKAD, etc.).
