We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Operations Specialist to support the company’s treasury and payment operations by ensuring accurate payment processing, liquidity visibility, cash flow control, and efficient collaboration with banks, payment providers, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Collect, process, and control payment requests on a daily basis. * Execute and support outgoing payments through international and European banks, payment systems, e-wallets, crypto wallets, and card services. * Monitor daily cash balances and maintain accurate cash position visibility. * Support liquidity management by monitoring available funds and identifying potential cash gaps. * Assist with cash-flow planning and treasury reporting. * Ensure accurate transaction accounting and proper reflection of operations in internal systems and reports. * Handle cryptocurrency payments, including crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto conversions. * Manage corporate cards, including subscriptions, recurring payments, spending limits, and reconciliation. * Support KYC, KYB, and compliance requests from banks and payment providers, including preparation of invoices, payment confirmations, and supporting documentation. * Collaborate closely with Accounting, Billing, Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders. * Control payment timelines and ensure timely settlements with partners, vendors, and internal departments. * Monitor payment limits and ensure compliance with approved budgets and internal policies. * Support automation and optimization initiatives related to treasury operations, payment processes, reconciliations, and reporting. * Build and maintain effective relationships with banks, payment providers, PSPs, and financial partners. * Continuously identify opportunities to improve treasury and payment processes.
Requirements * Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. * 2–3+ years of experience as a Treasury Specialist, Treasury Operations Specialist, Payments Specialist, Finance Operations Specialist, or in a similar role within an international company. * Strong understanding of cash-flow management and liquidity control principles. * Experience working with international banking infrastructure and payment providers. * Understanding of KYC, KYB, compliance procedures, and interactions with banks and payment providers. * Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills. * Experience working with cryptocurrency payments, crypto wallets, and crypto-to-fiat / fiat-to-crypto conversions. * Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and self-discipline. * Ability to work with large volumes of financial transactions and operational data. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proactive communication skills and collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have * Experience in iGaming, FinTech, SaaS, IT, Payments, Crypto, or other high-volume transaction environments. * Experience participating in treasury process optimization and automation initiatives. * Experience working with multiple payment providers, PSPs, and international banking infrastructure. * Experience supporting treasury operations across multiple jurisdictions. * Experience with ERP systems, treasury platforms, or financial management tools.
