We’re looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong automation expertise and a passion for building high-quality software. In this role, you’ll own both manual and automated testing efforts and help define and evolve our QA strategy as the product scales.
Requirements: * 6+ years of experience as QA Engineer * 4+ years of experience in automation QA * Strong knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript testing practices * Strong experience in testing web applications, APIs, and backend systems * Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred) or other E2E testing frameworks (Cypress or Selenium) * Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) * Experience with test management tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail, or similar) * Ability to design and execute manual test cases (functional, integration, regression) * Upper — Intermediate English level
Nice to have: * Experience with performance or accessibility testing * Knowledge of BDD practices * Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST-assured, etc.) * Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) * Previous experience in a QA Lead or QA ownership role * Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Responsibilities: * Design and execute manual test cases (functional, integration, regression) * Develop and maintain automated E2E tests using Playwright (TypeScript) * Define and drive the QA strategy and overall testing approach * Collaborate with developers, POs, and designers to align on quality goals * Create and maintain test plans, test data, and QA documentation * Log, track, and manage defects with clear reproduction steps * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines * Perform cross-browser and responsive testing * Support release validation and UAT with stakeholders * Mentor QA engineers and promote QA best practices * Continuously improve QA processes and test coverage
