What you will do: — Work closely with Middle and Senior Email Marketing Managers on launching and optimizing email campaigns; — Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analytics; — Learn to work with enterprise-level ESP platforms and modern marketing tools; — Support daily operational processes within the Email Marketing department; — Learn fast, grow fast, and gradually take ownership of your own projects; — Analyze campaign launch results and suggest improvements; — Work with audience segmentation and database optimization; — Assist with setting up new domains and email infrastructure; — Participate in A/B testing of content, offers, and strategies; — Collaborate with internal teams to launch new projects; — Monitor deliverability quality and domain reputation; — Work in a fast-paced environment with rapid changes and a large number of tests.
