As a DevOps Engineer you will join a strong, professional team and work with modern technologies and tooling to improve productivity, deployments and monitoring across our projects. Responsibilities: * Support and maintain development environments, platforms, deployments and related cloud infrastructure; * Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to repeating environment issues; * Help maintain and improve the CI/CD process together with the development team, from build to automated testing.
Requirements: * 1–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, system administration or cloud infrastructure; * Strong problem-solving skills; * Great communication skills and ability to manage priorities; * Linux — confident administration and troubleshooting (processes, permissions, networking, systemd) plus basic hardening, must have; Windows — nice to have; * Cloud — hands-on experience with at least one major provider (focus on AWS), must have; * Scripting — Bash and Python (working level), must have; * Git and version-control workflows (branching, pull/merge requests), must have; * Docker / containerization — building images, container lifecycle, Docker Compose, must have; * Container orchestration — hands-on experience with managed Kubernetes/containers (EKS, ECS) or a portable Kubernetes distribution (k3s, kind, minikube), must have; * CI/CD pipelines — hands-on with at least one tool (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar), must have; * Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, load balancing); * Security fundamentals (we run protected systems) — secrets management, least-privilege access control, dependency/vulnerability scanning in CI/CD — must have; * Basic monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK or similar).
Will be a plus: * Databases — basic administration of at least one (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, etc.); * Helm package manager; * Infrastructure as Code — Terraform/OpenTofu (Terragrunt a plus), Ansible or similar; familiarity with GitOps.
