HRAVITY is seeking an experienced Data Sourcing Specialist with ABM expertise to join our commercial team. In this role, you will take ownership of our customer database, overseeing its continuous expansion and refinement to support our daily and long-term lead generation, sales, and marketing efforts.
Ideal candidates should be proficient in sourcing and enriching data from various sources, excel in database management with a strategic mindset, and have a knack for identifying buying signals and social selling opportunities. A background in data sourcing for competitor analysis, influencer marketing, and link-building would also be a valuable asset.

What am I going to do? * Identify and add companies with a high demand for recruitment services to our database, ensuring alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile. * Source and add prospects and warm-up contacts to the database, including gathering their contact information and social profiles. * Search for and track buying signals such as open vacancies, hiring posts, funding rounds, or other indicators of growth that suggest a potential need for our services. * Monitor and search for new posts, comments, and other engagement opportunities that could serve as quality triggers for social selling or awareness interaction. * Enrich the database with data from various external sources and regularly update and maintain it to keep information accurate and current. * Conduct data qualification to focus lead generation efforts — from high-priority ones requiring immediate action to those of low relevance or requiring further nurturing. * Collaborate with the lead generation team to support outreach and engagement strategies by providing a stream of qualified interaction opportunities. * Build and maintain databases of competitors, influencers, media partners, and resources, as well as websites for posting SEO materials and similar.
What are the qualifications? * 2+ years of proven experience in data sourcing and lead generation, preferably with experience in the US and EU markets. * B2 level of English is required to guarantee the quality of the information in database, as well as data sourcing process velocity and quality of interaction with colleagues. * Robust understanding of the ABM approach, its structure, and long-term goals. As well as the value of a qualified database in its successful implementation. * A deliberate sense of ownership of tasks in the long run, having a product mind with excellent self-management skills and a focus on great results. * Proficiency in using of misc data sourcing and enrichment tools and technologies, both manual and automated, to source, clean, and enhance data effectively. * Experience working with large volumes of information, while maintaining high velocity of data sourcing process, as well as quality of data in the database. * Strong analytical skills and zero brain-fog tolerance. Ability to perform detailed analysis at scale and interpret information while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. * Any background in information technologies as well as experience in setting automations will be treated as a strong advantage.
