You will lead our development teams, keep our culture of innovation and transparency, and own the project from estimation to delivery. We are seeking a Project Manager who will take ownership of our existing clients, ongoing engagements, and upcoming projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with international clients, shape delivery strategies from the early stages, and play a key role in building long-term partnerships through successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Manage project delivery from project initiation to closure within agreed scope, timeline, and budget;
* Coordinate project teams and ensure effective collaboration between developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders;
* Maintain regular communication with clients, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables;
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively propose mitigation strategies;
* Track project scope, timeline, and resources, ensuring smooth delivery and timely completion of milestones;
* Facilitate key project meetings (planning, demos, retrospectives, status meetings);
* Support client satisfaction by ensuring high-quality delivery and transparent communication;
* Collaborate with senior management and Account/Delivery teams on project updates and performance;
* Assist with project estimations, planning, and documentation;
* Support team development through regular feedback, basic mentoring, and team coordination;
* Track project budgets and assist with forecasting and reporting;
* Ensure proper project documentation and adherence to internal delivery processes.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in project management in an IT outsourcing company;
* Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (written and spoken);
* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban);
* Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams;
* Hands-on experience working with Fixed price and TM projects based on the EVM model;
* Account management skills;
* Experience in managing client communication and expectations;
* Ability to identify and manage project risks and dependencies;
* Understand the client’s business needs and priorities. Ability to take ownership of the project;
* Experience working with scope and budget management;
* Experience with common project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar);
* Customer-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving approach;
* Ability to travel internationally for individual client meetings if required.
Nice to have
* Understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle (AI SDLC) and experience working with AI-driven products or teams.
