What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager/Agile Delivery Lead to help coordinate the delivery of weather data products, forecasting services, and data platforms.
This role focuses on keeping projects organised, supporting agile development processes, and ensuring teams deliver reliable weather data products on time.
You will work closely with engineers, meteorologists, product managers, and clients to track progress, remove blockers, and maintain clear communication across teams.
This is a great role for someone early in their project management career who enjoys technology, data, and structured problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination * Support planning and delivery of projects related to weather data products, APIs, forecasting systems, and internal platforms * Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables * Maintain project documentation, task boards, and status reports * Coordinate work between engineering, data, meteorology, and product teams * Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality expectations
Agile Delivery Support * Facilitate agile ceremonies * Maintain ClickUp project boards and ensure tasks are clearly defined * Help teams prioritise work and keep project commitments realistic * Track project progress and highlight risks or blockers early
Communication & Stakeholder Updates * Provide regular updates on project status to internal stakeholders * Support preparation of project reports and delivery dashboards * Coordinate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders * Assist with client communication when required
Cross-Team Coordination * Ability to work in matrix responsibilities organisation coordinating between software engineers, DevOps, Meteorologists, Product teams * Ensure dependencies between teams are managed properly * Help teams stay aligned on priorities and deliverables
Required Skills and Qualifications * 1+ year experience working as tech project manager * Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery practices * Strong organisational skills * Ability to track multiple tasks and priorities * Clear written and verbal communication * Comfortable working with technical teams
Nice to Have * Agile Certification * Experience with ClickUp or similar project tools * Exposure to data platforms, APIs, or cloud systems * Interest in meteorology, climate, or weather data * Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
