We’re looking for a System Administrator to join our IT team. The role is open to candidates at different experience levels. What matters most is a solid foundation, a problem-solving mindset, and genuine interest in the work.
You’ll be part of a stable, supportive environment with real mentoring available and room to grow. Requirements: * Windows and/or macOS administration. * Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (users, groups, licenses). * Microsoft Intune (MDM — device enrollment, compliance, app deployment). * Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN). * Security fundamentals (MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint protection). * English B2 or higher. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. * Analytical thinking and structured approach to troubleshooting. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proactivity and ownership.
Nice-to-have: * Linux server administration. * PowerShell or Bash scripting. * Microsoft Defender, Azure DevOps, Cloudflare. * MDM beyond Intune (Jamf, Mosyle). * Automation tools (Power Automate, n8n).
Responsibilities: * Resolve IT incidents and requests reported by employees. * Manage user accounts, groups, and access in Microsoft Entra ID and M365 Admin Center. * Enroll and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM). * Support access management — onboarding/offboarding, permissions, licensing. * Monitor systems, manage backups, and troubleshoot network issues. * Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell and/or Bash.
