We are looking for a senior engineer who delivers complete projects end-to-end using AI-native development workflows — owning everything from requirements to release with AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code) as the primary development environment.
EXPERIENCE | 5+ Years Key Responsibilities
• Deliver full projects independently — from requirements gathering through development, testing, and release — owning both front-end and back-end across web and product platforms. • Work AI-first: use AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code) as the core development environment, applying strong prompt engineering and review discipline to produce production-grade code at high velocity. • Translate business and user requirements into clear technical specifications and ship them as a sole or near-sole owner of the project. • Build and integrate scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures; ensure code quality, performance, and security across all AI-generated and hand-written code. Integrate LLM-based services and AI chat/assistant features into products where the project calls for it. • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure to support reliable end-to-end delivery. • Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps within Agile/Scrum, and continuously improve AI-assisted delivery practices.
Required Skills
• AI-Native Development: Cursor or Claude Code (or equivalent agentic coding tools); prompt engineering for development • Front-End: React or Angular, with TypeScript / JavaScript • Back-End: Java, Node.js, or Ruby • Data: SQL and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB)
Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, and a major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Methodology: Agile / Scrum • Upper-intermediate English (B2+)

• Additional backend or frontend stacks beyond the primary ones above • Python (FastAPI / Django), Spring Boot, Next.js • LLM/AI integration experience: OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face; conversational AI, recommendation engines, data dashboards • Kubernetes, serverless & event-driven architectures • High-growth startup or product-led company background
