About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business/Revenue Analyst to help drive data-based decision-making across our digital business. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business performance and customers behavior, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing management reports, developing business cases, and ensuring the accuracy and availability of reporting tools and business intelligence systems.
You will work closely with teams across Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations, and external partners, contributing to business planning, forecasting, reporting excellence, and performance optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Reporting & Analytics * Prepare and maintain regular business performance reports and executive summaries. * Analyze revenue, subscriptions, customer behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance. * Monitor key business KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. * Perform ad hoc analyses to support business, product, marketing, and operational decisions. * Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis. * Investigate performance anomalies and conduct root-cause analysis.
Forecasting & Business Planning * Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases for new products, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities. * Support revenue forecasting, annual budgeting, and ongoing business planning activities. * Evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
Data Quality & Performance Analysis * Analyze the effectiveness of acquisition and promotional channels. * Monitor daily revenue, subscriptions, and active user trends. * Measure conversion performance following store changes, A/B tests, landing page modifications, pricing changes, and promotional campaigns. * Analyze performance across different platforms, including Android, feature phones, operator portals, and other acquisition channels. * Define reporting requirements and collaborate with technical teams to improve dashboards, reports, and analytics capabilities. * Support continuous improvements in reporting processes and tools.
Key Requirements Experience & Background * Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Revenue Analyst, Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or a similar analytical role. * Experience in digital businesses, telecommunications, mobile subscriptions, fintech, digital marketing, or related industries is a strong advantage. * Experience working with large datasets, BI tools, and reporting systems is highly desirable.
Technical Skills * Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude). * SQL knowledge and ability to work with databases is a plus. * Good presentation skills using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
