We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a strategic initiative for a global organization operating in the consumer goods industry. The project focuses on the deployment of a Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) platform on the US market, including a payment solution supporting trade incentives for retailers.
The DTE platform is a Salesforce-based ecosystem designed to engage indirect retailers and digitize key business processes, including retail execution, ordering, and loyalty programs. It operates across multiple digital components such as retail tasking, B2B ordering, and gamification engines, ensuring seamless integration and communication.
The role involves managing a complex, multi-stream deployment with multiple stakeholders and distributed teams, requiring strong governance, coordination, and communication to ensure successful delivery.

Your tasks * Lead end-to-end project delivery of the Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) deployment, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality objectives * Establish and maintain effective project governance, including reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication * Coordinate work across multiple teams and streams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and consistent delivery pace * Drive regular communication across stakeholders, ensuring clarity on progress, priorities, and dependencies * Manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables in a dynamic, multi-team environment * Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting delivery * Collaborate with business, technical, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of the platform * Support rollout activities, including deployment coordination and stakeholder readiness * Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing across the project
Requirements * At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross-functional environments * Hands-on experience with Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) platforms or similar retailer engagement solutions * Solid understanding of Sales processes and Order Management * Good knowledge of project governance, delivery frameworks, and stakeholder management practices * Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams across various locations and functions * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to drive alignment and maintain project momentum * Experience working with Salesforce-based solutions (Experience Cloud is a plus) * Capability to manage projects in a remote, distributed environment * Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex delivery challenges * Availability to work in the US time zone * Fluency in English * Tax residence in Ukraine is required
