As Lead User Acquisition Manager, you will own and scale paid acquisition for one of our core D2C subscription products. Your primary mandate is to maximise ROI across all paid channels — driving consistent, high-quality traffic that converts and retains. You will execute the strategy, manage the budget, and work closely with creative and analytics to continuously improve performance.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is highly analytical, execution-focused, and takes full accountability for their numbers. Performance instability and unresolved issues are not acceptable — you are expected to operate with structure and rigour at all times. The bar is high and so is the upside — performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
Responsibilities
ROI & Performance Ownership * Own and maximise ROAS across all paid channels * Develop and implement strategies to drive efficient CAC and sustainable growth * Build growth plans based on LTV:CAC ratios and ARPU * Identify scaling opportunities across channels while maintaining performance efficiency
Strategy & Execution * Define and execute the UA strategy across all platforms (Meta/Google, TikTok, etc.) * Design and implement optimal campaign structures across all active platforms * Continuously test and refine targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign setups
Creative Collaboration * Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives * Identify and test new selling angles, creative approaches, and messaging strategies * Provide data-driven feedback to guide creative direction across all channels
Analytics & Data * Use data-driven insights to inform every strategic and tactical decision * Build and maintain performance reporting and attribution frameworks * Own the testing roadmap: A/B tests, geo-expansion, channel scaling, creative iteration
Qualifications Must-Have Experience * 3+ years in performance marketing with a strong focus on D2C subscription products (web-to-web, web-to-app) * Proven track record of maximising ROI and scaling paid acquisition * Deep platform expertise across paid social and search (Meta/Google, TikTok, etc.) * Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel/SQL * Experience working with attribution models and performance reporting frameworks
