About the Role We are looking for an experienced Motion Video Designer / AI Video Creator who will help us create engaging, high-performing video content for our marketing campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who combines strong motion design skills with modern AI video generation tools, understands short-form content trends, and can quickly turn ideas into scroll-stopping creatives for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create videos that drive user acquisition and support our growing health & wellness products. Work Conditions * Full-time remote position * Must be available at least until 2:00 PM NYC time / 21:00 Kyiv time * 2–3 month probationary period * 5 paid sick days * 20 paid vacation days per year after probation
Responsibilities * Creating short-form marketing videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms * Developing performance creatives focused on user acquisition and engagement * Creating motion graphics, animations, transitions, visual effects, and dynamic video compositions * Editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects * Working with existing templates: adapting, improving, and customizing them * Creating custom AI-generated video content using tools such as Veo 3, Kling, and similar AI solutions * Generating and integrating AI UGC-style creators and video concepts * Experimenting with AI tools to improve creative production speed and quality * Adding subtitles, sound design, effects, music, and visual storytelling elements * Adapting videos for different platforms and formats * Following creative briefs, brand guidelines, and marketing goals * Analyzing trends and implementing new short-form video formats * Collaborating with marketers, designers, and creative team members * Making quick iterations based on feedback
Required Skills and Knowledge * 3+ years of experience in Motion Design / Video Production * Strong experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro * Experience creating short-form marketing videos (TikTok, Reels, Facebook Ads, UGC-style creatives) * Understanding of performance marketing creatives and social media video trends * Experience using AI video generation tools (Veo, Kling, Runway, or similar) * Ability to create AI-generated UGC creators and realistic AI video content * Strong sense of timing, storytelling, composition, and visual details * Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver quickly * English level B2+ or higher — you will communicate daily with an English-speaking team * Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
Preferred Competencies * Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer products * Experience creating ads based on marketing hypotheses and performance metrics * Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator * Experience with AI creative workflows and automation * Multilingual skills (preferred: English, Ukrainian, Spanish)
Candidates with less than 3 years of experience may be considered if they have strong practical experience and an impressive portfolio (course-only experience is not sufficient).
