We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join a healthcare project and contribute to backend development under the guidance of a Tech Lead.
In this role, you will work on building and extending backend services, participate in integrating external systems, and contribute to developing scalable cloud-based solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team and support the implementation of reliable and secure backend functionality within a healthcare domain. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET * Collaborate with Solution Architect, PM, QA, DevOps, and frontend engineers * Participate in implementation of cloud-based solutions on AWS * Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL) * Contribute to system integrations (authentication, third-party services) * Support development of scalable and maintainable backend architecture * Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Qualifications & Skills: * 5+ years of commercial experience with C# and .NET * Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) * Experience with AWS services (ECS, RDS, SQS, SNS) or building cloud-based solutions * Understanding of authentication and authorization flows (OAuth, Auth0 or similar IdP) * Basic understanding of microservices or distributed systems * Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn * Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Nice to Have: * Experience with Twilio, Stripe integrations * Experience with multi-tenant systems * Understanding of event-driven architecture * Experience with Python (data pipelines, crawlers) * Experience in healthcare domain
