Bluedot is an AI meeting platform used by over 100,000 companies, including The New York Times, Ajax, Jooble, Etsy and many others. We’re a profitable, fast-growing business backed by Google, OnDeck and leading angel investors. More importantly, we operate entirely on our own revenue. No burn rate. No dependency on fundraising. Our growth is stable and fully funded by the product itself. About the Role We are looking for our first dedicated Growth Manager to own paid acquisition at Bluedot, with a primary focus on Meta Ads. You will report directly to the CEO.
This is not a “manage an agency” role. You will be hands-on: building campaigns, testing creatives, analyzing attribution data, and scaling what works. We already have live Meta campaigns, a working attribution stack (AppsFlyer as MMP, server-side Conversions API fed by real payment events), and a profitable product with strong organic growth. Your job is to turn paid into a second reliable growth engine — spending more every month while keeping payback tight.
You’ll have real ownership: budget, channel strategy, creative direction, and the numbers that come with them. What You’ll Do * Own the full Meta Ads funnel end to end, campaign structure, audiences, bidding, budgets, and scaling decisions * Run a continuous creative testing pipeline: brief, launch, kill, iterate (working with our in-house designer and external creators) * Manage and improve our attribution setup (AppsFlyer, Meta CAPI, event deduplication) so every scaling decision is based on trustworthy data * Track CAC, payback period, and LTV by segment — and optimize toward profitable growth, not vanity installs * Expand beyond Meta once it’s working: Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Reddit, or wherever the next efficient channel is * Run landing page and onboarding experiments with the product team to improve conversion from click to paying customer
About You * You have 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with Meta Ads as your strongest channel * You’ve personally scaled Meta spend for a B2B SaaS or consumer subscription product, and can talk through what worked, what didn’t, and why * You understand mobile attribution: MMPs, SKAdNetwork, server-side CAPI, event deduplication * You think in CAC, LTV, and payback period, not in clicks and impressions * You have strong creative instincts and can write a sharp ad brief, even if you don’t design yourself * You’re comfortable owning a number and being judged on it * You work independently and don’t need to be micromanaged
Bonus Points * Experience marketing AI, productivity, or meeting/calendar tools * Experience with iOS app install campaigns and App Store optimization * Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or paid newsletter sponsorships * SQL or strong spreadsheet skills for your own analysis * Experience as a first marketing hire or in an early stage, bootstrapped environment
