JustMarkets is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to become the architect of our recruitment function
What you’ll be doing
* Lead and grow our recruiting team set direction, mentor recruiters across specializations, and foster a high-performance culture
* Own the full hiring cycle end-to-end: pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, candidate quality, and everything in between
* Partner closely with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and stay ahead of workforce planning
* Build scalable sourcing strategies for key roles across the company
* Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize the hiring funnel based on data insights
* Drive employer branding initiatives and improve the tools and processes that make hiring smoother
* Build lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners across the Fintech industry
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across a variety of functions
* 2+ years leading or managing a recruiting team in a fast-moving environment
* Deep expertise in sourcing and hiring specialists across different domains
* A strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and a hands-on approach
* Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
* English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
