We are looking for a driven Business Development/Sales Coordinator to join the Xenoss team. What you will do We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Business Development Coordinator to support and coordinate our B2B sales process for complex AI, data, and software engineering opportunities.
This is a client-facing role focused on moving opportunities through the funnel, coordinating internal stakeholders, supporting discovery, managing follow-ups, and ensuring that every opportunity is properly organized from lead handoff to contract signing.
The role is ideal for someone who is structured, commercially minded, comfortable communicating with clients, and able to manage multiple moving parts across sales, presales, delivery, legal, and procurement. Responsibilities * Coordinate qualified sales opportunities from lead handoff to contract signing, ensuring each opportunity has clear next steps, owners, timelines, and follow-through. * Serve as a client-facing coordinator for the sales process, supporting discovery calls, follow-ups, information gathering, meeting scheduling, and ongoing communication. * Align and support internal teams involved in the sales cycle, including sales leadership, technical presales, delivery, legal, finance, and operations. * Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and CRM data, including meeting notes, opportunity summaries, proposals, follow-up emails, client-facing materials, opportunity stages, stakeholders, next steps, blockers, and commercial details.
Requirements The ideal candidate has experience supporting technology or consultative B2B sales processes, strong business communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while working both autonomously and as an integral part of the Xenoss team. * 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience * Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English * Exceptional communicator * Deep understanding of complex and long-term b2b sales cycle and decision-making process * Fluent in working with various CRM systems * Meticulous, disciplined, result-oriented * Collaborative nature and getting-things-done approach
