About the role The HR Director will be responsible for leading HR and Talent Acquisition functions that directly support business growth. You will work closely with executive leadership to align the people strategy with commercial goals, drive hiring initiatives, and build scalable HR processes across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on company performance and scalability.
Responsibilities: — Build and optimize recruitment processes, including international hiring — Lead and scale the Talent Acquisition and HR teams — Develop employee retention, engagement, and motivation programs — Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership and support business growth initiatives
Required skills: — 5+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition (full-cycle hiring, strategies, process building) — 2+ years of HR experience in IT (retention, engagement, performance management) — 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies — 1+ year of experience as an HR Director in IT — Proven experience in international hiring — English level B2+ or higher
