Attainify is an AI app within the Genesis ecosystem — the largest startup ecosystem in CEE. At Attainify, we’re building a new approach to achieving goals.
Identical courses, plans, and habit-trackers don’t actually work for everyone: people have different motivations, behaviors, barriers, and life contexts. That’s why we’re building a gamified system that picks the most effective path to a goal for each individual user and guides them along it through concrete actions.
We are hiring a User Acquisition Manager at Attainify. Right now we’re growing fast: over the past month we’ve doubled (x2) our number of new users, and we plan to grow even more aggressively. Our system works — the app’s activity-based retention already beats category benchmarks. This year, our marketing goal is to reach $3M monthly spend. So we don’t just need “more hands” — we need people who want to find new growth points and grow with us.
About you:
Must-have skills: * 1+ year of experience managing budgets of $200K+ per month on Tier-1 markets (Meta). * Expertise launching campaigns in Meta Ads Manager — structure, optimization, aggressive scaling. * Ability to work with automation tools: Admanage, Birch, AI agents, custom scripts. * Analytical thinking — forming hypotheses, working with numbers, data-driven decisions. * Experience acquiring users for web2app subscription products. * Understanding of key performance-marketing metrics: CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, hook rate. * English at B2 level or higher. * High level of independence, initiative, and willingness to take ownership of results.
Nice-to-have: * Experience with TikTok Ads, AppLovin, or other paid channels. * Interest in automation, AI tools, no-code / low-code solutions. * Experience working with performance creatives.
What you will do: * Launch, monitor, and evaluate the performance of ad campaigns in Meta Ads with ongoing optimization. * Run detailed analysis of marketing campaigns and implement solutions to improve their results. * Proactively collaborate with the creative team and contribute to improving the creative strategy. * Launch new paid channels: Google Ads, TikTok Ads. * Full-cycle ownership: from finding ideas for new angles to building funnel structures and shaping creative strategy.
