About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (AI Discovery & Presales) to join our Business Intelligence & AI unit. This role combines two key areas: * AI Discovery & Opportunity Assessment — identifying and assessing practical areas where AI, automation, LLMs, analytics, or intelligent workflows can create measurable business value for existing and potential clients. * Presales Business Analysis — supporting discovery calls, requirements clarification, solution shaping, scope definition, estimation preparation, and proposal preparation.
We do not expect you to be an AI engineer or a fully formed AI consultant from day one. We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst or Presales Business Analyst with strong client-facing experience, solid business analysis skills and a genuine interest in AI.
Priority domains: Healthcare, FinTech, Logistics, Startups / SaaS / MVPs.
Key Responsibilities: * Analyze client products, systems, workflows, business processes, and operational pain points; * Identify opportunities for AI, automation, BI, analytics, and data-driven improvements; * Conduct AI opportunity assessments and AI audits with technical and domain experts; * Translate business needs into AI use cases, requirements, and potential MVP scope; * Evaluate opportunities based on business value, feasibility, risks, and expected impact; * Prepare discovery documentation, requirements, user stories, process flows, and proposal inputs; * Participate in client discovery and presales calls; * Clarify ambiguous requirements and define scope boundaries; * Support estimation activities by documenting assumptions, dependencies, risks, and functional scope; * Present findings, requirements, and proposed solution logic to clients and internal teams; * Collaborate with sales, architects, engineers, PMs, and data specialists; * Adapt quickly to different domains, leads, and client contexts.
Requirements: * 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, System Analyst, Presales Business Analyst, or a similar role in software development; * Strong experience in client-facing business analysis, discovery, presales, project scoping, or proposal preparation; * Solid understanding of SDLC, requirements management, workflows, business logic, integrations, and MVP definition; * Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar domains and structure ambiguous client requests; * Experience in one or more domains such as Healthcare, FinTech, Logistics, SaaS/B2B platforms, Startups/MVPs, or enterprise systems; * Effective communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders; * Strong analytical mindset to distinguish real business needs from vague client wishes; * Ability to support sales activities without overpromising or over-engineering; * Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced).
AI Expectations: * Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, automation, and modern AI tools; * Understanding of where AI can create business value and where automation, analytics, integrations, or process improvements may be a better fit; * Familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, AI-assisted automation workflows, data readiness, privacy, security, and compliance; * Practical experience with AI opportunity discovery, AI audits, or AI-related proposals is a strong plus.
Nice to Have: * Experience with AI audits, digital transformation assessments, or automation discovery; * Experience preparing AI-related proposals or client-facing presentations; * Experience with BI, analytics, reporting, or data-driven products; * Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or fintech; * Understanding of API integrations, data flows, and high-level system architecture; * Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Notion AI, Miro AI, or similar AI tools; * Experience in software outsourcing, consulting, agency, or B2B service environments.
