We are looking for an HR Generalist with strong recruitment expertise who can help us attract exceptional talent while building and improving people processes across the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both talent acquisition and broader HR responsibilities, from onboarding and performance management to employee engagement and internal process development.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment * Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding. * Actively source and headhunt top-performing specialists across different functions. * Partner with the CEO/Head of Delivery to deeply understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles. * Develop effective sourcing strategies and identify new talent acquisition channels. * Conduct screening interviews, competency assessments, and candidate evaluations. * Design and improve hiring processes to ensure high-quality hiring decisions. * Analyze recruitment metrics and forecast future hiring needs.
HR Operations & Employee Experience * Manage onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees. * Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and support employee engagement initiatives. * Coordinate probation reviews, performance reviews, and 360-degree feedback processes. * Support performance management and employee development initiatives. * Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation. * Coordinate employee recognition initiatives and celebrate important milestones, birthdays, and work anniversaries. * Coordinate holiday initiatives, including New Year gift preparation and distribution. * Prepare HR reports and analyze key people metrics, including turnover, retention, engagement, and hiring effectiveness.
HR Development & Internal Initiatives * Build and improve HR processes, policies, and internal programs from the ground up. * Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives. * Participate in Learning & Development activities and support employee growth programs. * Organize team-building activities, workshops, and internal events. * Collaborate with leadership to create a positive and high-performing work environment. * Continuously identify opportunities to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements Must-Have * 1+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR within an IT, SaaS, marketing agency, or technology-focused company. * Proven experience in direct sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates. * Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and candidate assessment techniques. * Experience managing onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operational processes. * Experience conducting performance reviews, feedback sessions, and employee check-ins. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. * Analytical mindset and confidence working with HR metrics and reporting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Intermediate+ English level. * Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
Nice to Have * Experience building HR processes and frameworks from scratch. * Experience with workforce planning and hiring forecasts. * Experience implementing employee engagement and performance management programs. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
