FireClicks Games is a product game studio working on dynamic gamedev and gamification projects with a strong focus on visual quality, clear delivery processes, and efficient teamwork.
We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of game projects from planning to release, keep the team aligned and focused, manage timelines and priorities, and continuously improve workflows without unnecessary bureaucracy.
This role would be a great fit for a mature, proactive, and detail-oriented PM who is comfortable working with developers, QA, game designers, artists, UI specialists, and art directors. You should be able to communicate clearly, structure tasks, identify risks early, and support the team in delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities — Manage one or several small-to-mid-size gamedev/gamification projects, typically with a clear pipeline and defined features. — Plan project timelines, priorities, milestones, and delivery scope. — Create clear, structured, and understandable tasks for developers, artists, QA, and other team members. — Monitor deadlines, project progress, blockers, and overall delivery status. — Keep internal communication transparent, organized, and efficient. — Collect, structure, and maintain project materials and documentation. — Run regular status updates, syncs, retrospectives, and one-to-one meetings when needed. — Work with Jira and other planning/project management tools. — Support and improve existing development processes, tools, and workflows. — Identify risks and process gaps early and help the team resolve them effectively. — Maintain a healthy balance between delivery control, team support, and creative flexibility. Requirements — 2–3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in gamedev, digital products, or a product development environment. — Understanding of game development or interactive product development processes. — Experience working with development, QA, game design, and art teams. — Understanding of 2D/3D art production pipelines would be a strong plus. — Confident experience with Jira or similar project management tools. — English level B2 or higher for day-to-day communication. — Fluent Ukrainian. — Strong communication skills and the ability to formulate tasks, expectations, and agreements clearly. — Mature and structured approach to project management. — Ability to discuss not only successes, but also mistakes, lessons learned, and process improvements. — Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. — Calm but confident management style, with enough firmness to handle difficult situations when needed. — Genuine interest in games and game development. Nice to have — Previous experience in gamedev, game art production, mobile games, casual/midcore games, or gamification projects. — Understanding of UI, art direction, game design, frontend/backend development workflows. — Experience improving or building processes in small or mid-size teams. — Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where common sense, flexibility, and ownership are valued more than formal bureaucracy.
