Requirements * 3+ years of commercial experience designing websites (corporate, SaaS marketing websites, e-commerce, marketplaces, landing pages); * Excellent knowledge of visual design rules and principles, modern web design trends, and responsive design; * Figma proficiency; * Deep understanding of SEO best practices and compliance; * Skills in web animations and dynamic visual effects; * A portfolio featuring website designs (SaaS marketing websites, mobile app marketing websites, corporate websites) to show your skills and experience; * English at an upper-intermediate level or higher; * Personal maturity: you know how to handle feedback; * Open-mindedness and honesty with a strong motivation to develop yourself as a professional; * Teamwork skills.
Responsibilities * Design world-class responsive websites: marketing, eCommerce, corporate websites, landing pages — for both clients and internal needs; * Transform product/service value proposition into interactive websites; * Utilize your expertise in web motion and animation to create engaging and interactive web elements; * Work in close collaboration with the design director and clients; * Contribute to team competence excellence by improving internal design processes.
