This is Hlib Petrov, Head of Creative Marketing at Reface, and he needs a strategic partner, so we are looking for Creative Operations Lead. Most creative teams scale through hiring. Looking for someone to turn this into a system that scales: AI pipelines, processes, adoption across the team.
What you own * Systems and process in the creative team. Bringing existing flows into one engine. Spotting what repeats, and automating it. * AI adoption. Agents in daily use across the team, not “we tried it once and it doesn’t work for us.” * Team performance. Metrics, syncs, and speed for designers and producers. * Knowledge base. Playbooks, onboarding, documentation that the team actually uses. * Reporting. Weekly reports on team and product performance go out automatically. * Operational layer: asset management, tooling audits, budget tracking, running the bonus system, etc.
Who you are * AI-first. You think about how to build a process with AI inside it, not added on top. * Proactive. You don’t wait for tasks. You walk in and propose them. * Entrepreneurial mindset. Owner, not executor. You treat Reface like your own business. * Human-centered. Your processes work for people, not against them. If it suffocates the team, it’s a bad process. * Hands on. You don’t manage from a distance. You’re in the work. * Plus Vibe. Easy to work with. The team feels it when you walk in.
Track record * You’ve built complex processes. Not necessarily in creative marketing. Could be video production, outsourcing, or a nuclear power plant. * You’ve implemented documentation people actually use. Not a Notion graveyard, but evolving playbooks. * Comfortable pushing back. This role means telling a designer their flow is broken, or a producer their handoff is broken. Without that, the role breaks. * Experience in unstructured environments. Startup, not corporate. * AI agents you’ve actually used. Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw, Hermes. What’s in your stack, not what you’ve read about.
